The first month of the Intern Programme is drawing to a close and the journey for all has had its high and low points.
Much has been learnt on all sides from the Project Manger, Interns Johnny Penman and Mickey Henderson to the Presenters themselves. However, without the Presenters the project could not work.
However, some solid work has been achieved and evidence of this will be made more and more public on the Intern pages.
The most surprising and pleasing development has been the team work and developing friendship between Johnny and Mickey.
Both Johnny and Mickey have secured places at Aberdeen College. Both mentioned their involvement as Interns and were given credit for it. Johnny is to take up an offer of a music palce in September and Mickey an HNC in Radio Broadcasting.
The Interns live Graduation Programme will take place in the next week and then early in June the next Interns will come on board.
Mickey and Johnny will stay on somewhat in the background until the trail of the programme finishes at the end of June. Both will help populate the Intern pages and compile a presentation of the Prgramme to be made to the Cooperative Movement's Regional Board.
